The Association of Justice Counsel was officially certified as the exclusive bargaining agent for Justice lawyers and notaries in April 2006.
The AJC represents all lawyers with the LA Group for which the Treasury Board is the employer — except those excluded by agreement or determination by the Public Service Labour Relations Board.
